Our 30-Day Promise
If your vehicle does not sell within 30 days of your listing going live, and your listing met our requirements (accurate details, real photos, and a valid, working contact method), we will refund your R99 listing fee in full.
How to Claim Your Refund
Wait until your 30-day listing period has ended without a sale.
Go to your Dashboard and contact support from the listing in question, or use the Help & Support page.
We will verify the listing met our requirements and process your refund.
What Is Not Covered
Listings removed or unpublished by the seller before the 30-day period ends.
Listings that were misleading, incomplete, or did not meet our listing requirements.
Vehicles sold privately outside the platform during the listing period.
